Gloriously dark.
A big, rich sherried nose that has lost nothing of it's power, having been captured in an oak cask for so long. Rich coffee aromas alongside spicy fruit.
A truly intense flavour of fruit, sherry and other alcohols perfectly encased in a velvet bag. A very smooth, yet powerful dram. A sip explodes and covers your mouth with a beautiful, almost oily, whisky flavour.
A wonderful sensation.
A spicy finish with a finale of chocolate nuttiness.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Gloriously dark—a deep mahogany with obsidian depth and a subtle, wine-red sheen.
Nose
Big, richly sherried, the nose remains powerfully expressive after decades in oak. Deep coffee aromas mingle with spicy fruit, a dark, luxurious bouquet that hints at the drama to come.
Palate
Opulent and velvet on the palate, this sherry‑driven dram pours a dense wave of dark fruit, espresso, and rich cocoa, all wrapped in a mouth‑coating, almost oily texture. At 46.1% ABV it stays smooth yet powerful, with spicy fruit and toasted nuts echoing through. The finish is long, lingering with chocolate‑nut notes and warm, refined spice.
Finish
Spice-driven finish that lingers with a chocolate-nut finale, a warm, cocoa-kissed echo that slowly fades into velvet darkness.
