Colour
Glowing amber-gold with coppery undertones.
Nose
Dark fruit aromas rise first—raisin, fig and orange zest—woven with rich toffee and vanilla. Velvet oak provides polish, while spicy notes of cinnamon and clove mingle with cocoa and a whisper of tobacco. Subtle almond notes and a gentle nuttiness complete a mature, luxurious bouquet that hints at decades in oak.
Palate
Silky and generous, the palate opens with rich dried fruits—raisin, fig and plum—seasoned by orange zest and a touch of cherry. Sherry echoes in velvety toffee, dark chocolate and burnt sugar, ribbons of spice (cinnamon, clove, nutmeg) and polished oak. A creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel leads to a long, warming finish with faint leather and espresso notes.
Finish
Long, opulent finish with raisin and fig sweetness, touched by orange zest and subtle spice. Sherry-cask depth coats silky oak and cocoa, fading to a warm, lingering note of cinnamon and leather.
