Colour

Deep burnished amber with mahogany depth and coppery-ruby highlights.

Nose

Opulent sherry-driven aroma of dark fruits: prune, fig and raisin, woven with orange zest, salted caramel and polished oak. Hints of almond paste, cocoa nibs and warm spice (cinnamon and clove) rise as incense-like notes mingle with a subtle tobacco and leather undertone, finishing with a syrupy, velvety warmth.

Palate

Full-bodied and velvety, the palate is rich with sherry-soaked fruit: raisin, fig and plum mingle with orange zest and dark chocolate. Spice notes—cinnamon and clove—and polished oak weave warmth through the mid-palate, finishing long and smooth with a nutty, caramelised sweetness.

Finish

Long, luxurious finish of sherried fruit and spice. Raisin and fig mingle with orange zest and toffee, while warm oak, nutmeg and a whisper of leather linger. The palate is left with a refined, velvety warmth that gradually dries into a polished, bittersweet finale.
