Nose
Ripe apple and pear rise with citrus zest, escorted by vanilla-rich oak. A sherried depth threads in dried fig, date and raisin, with almond, cocoa and gentle spice lingering on the finish.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, the palate unfolds with rich dried fruit, fig and orange zest, and a kiss of toffee. Sherry influence adds almond, cocoa, and a warming spice—cinnamon and clove—supported by smooth oak. The sweetness lengthens into a refined finish of fruitcake notes and a touch of salted caramel.
Finish
Long, velvety finish lingers with sherry sweetness, fig and raisin, and orange zest. Warm spice and cocoa notes unfold gradually, while toasted oak and almond echo softly, leaving a refined, persistent warmth.
