Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet sherry stewed fruit aromas come to the fore with a hint of soft ginger. Fresh and zesty bursts of citrus accompany black cherry and poached pear.

Palate

Baked apple flavours are complemented by a delicate spice with mouth-warming traces of black pepper. Dark chocolate notes develop with nuances of creamy toffee.

Finish

A smooth, medium-bodied finish with lingering toasted oak.
