Tasting Notes

Nose

Sweet sherry-steeped fruit aromas lead the nose, with a whisper of soft ginger. Fresh citrus zest lifts the fragrance, while notes of black cherry and poached pear add orchard-fresh sweetness.

Palate

Baked apple flavours are complemented by a delicate spice with mouth-warming traces of black pepper. Dark chocolate notes develop with nuances of creamy toffee.

Finish

A smooth, medium-bodied finish with lingering toasted oak.
