Colour
Deep natural amber with copper-gold highlights and a mahogany edge.
Nose
An intoxicating bouquet of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, with delicate hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur.
Palate
On the palate, honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig unfold into a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado. Rich and enveloping, it layers dark manuka honey with herbal bitters and cocoa-dusted chocolate, delivering a long, luxurious finish.
Finish
Long and enveloping, the finish lingers with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and a whisper of dark chocolate, leaving a velvety warmth.
