Colour

Deep, natural mahogany amber with warm ruby highlights.

Nose

An intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint, with hints of orange bitters and walnut liqueur.

Palate

Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig lead to a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado, cloaked in luxurious sherry sweetness. The texture is lush and full, weaving dark chocolate and spice through a long, enveloping finish of manuka honey and herbal bitters.

Finish

Long and enveloping, the finish carries dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and rich dark chocolate, slowly fading into a warm echo of spices and dried fruit.
