The GlenDronach 18 years old has been named after the renowned founder of the distillery, James Allardice. This exceptional sherried single malt is non chill filtered and of natural colour. Matured in the finest Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46%, this sublime richly sherried malt is truly unforgettable.

Colour

Natural deep copper-amber with mahogany edges and a warm ruby tint.

Nose

Sweet aromatics of fudge and Muscovado sugar, with fruit compote and glacier morello cherries adding complexity.

Palate

Rich, dark and seductive, with stewed fruits and all-spice woven through aged Oloroso sherry. Toasted walnut bread and chocolate notes add depth and refinement, creating a luxurious, lingering mouthfeel.

Finish

An expansive, extraordinarily long finish lingers with dark fruit compote, cocoa and spice, carried on rich Oloroso sherry with hints of toasted walnut and leather; it echoes long after the sip, velvet, warming and refined.
