This limited expression from Glenallachie is finished in red wine casks from Grattamacco, a respected Italian winery in Tuscany’s Bolgheri region known for structured, elegant blends.
After initial maturation in traditional oak, this whisky spends additional time in casks that previously held Grattamacco wine, adding nuanced red fruit, savoury grape and vineyard spice character alongside GlenAllachie’s signature rich Speyside malt profile.
