Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a subtle mahogany-tinged glow, evoking the wine‑cask finish.
Nose
Waves of butterscotch, blackcurrant and heather honey rise from the glass, with a delicate mineral edge. Poached orchard fruits and orange zest add brightness, hinting at the wine-finished complexity to come.
Palate
Layers of honeycomb, black fruits and dark chocolate weave through the palate, pursued by coffee, truffle and cinnamon, with creme de cassis and a zing of ginger on the finish.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish weaves crème de cassis with ginger, a gentle cinnamon lift, and faint cocoa-coffee undertones, leaving a warm, truffle-kissed afterglow.
