Waves of butterscotch, blackcurrant and heather honey, with hints of minerality, poached orchard fruits and orange zest.

Palate

Layers of Honeycomb, black fruits and dark chocolate, followed by coffee, truffle and cinnamon with creme de cassis and ginger on the finish.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
