Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a ruby-tinged edge.
Nose
Waves of plum jam, clementines and dried red berries, with notes of heather honey and vanilla spice.
Palate
Bursts of dried apricots, heather honey and crystallised fruits, followed by hints of ripe black fruits, butterscotch and cinnamon spice.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with dried apricot and plum notes, honeyed sweetness, and warming cinnamon spice. The fruit deepens into ripe dark berries, while butterscotch and oak leave a lingering, creamy, cocoa-kissed afterglow.
