Bursting with dried apricots, heather honey and crystalised fruits, followes by hintes of ripe black fruits, butterscotch and cinnamon spice.

(glen-AL-a-key) Built in 1967 near Aberlour, it spent much of its life producing whisky for blends rather than building a big name as a single malt in its own right. That changed in 2017, when Billy Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson bought the distillery and began reshaping it around a more flavour-led, hands-on vision.
