Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany-tinged glow.

Nose

Exuberant sherry warmth floods the nose: raisin, fig and candied orange peel entwine with burnt sugar and toasty oak. Notes of dark chocolate, espresso and vanilla drift in, with a subtle hint of toasted almond and orchard fruit lingering in elegant balance.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, it coats the palate with an oily richness. Dried fruit sweetness, raisin and fig, sits beside roasted almond, orange zest and dark chocolate. Spice builds slowly: cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, with a sherried depth that deepens the fruit. Oak adds a subtle tannic grip, leading to a long, warming finish marked by spice and a touch of tobacco.

Finish

Ripe, lingering and velvety, the finish unfolds with sherry-saturated fruit, dark chocolate and toasted oak. Dried plum and cherry drift into spice and a hint of coffee, while the 60.5% ABV carries a warming, resinous tail that slowly fades to a clean, oak-driven glow.
