Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with rich mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent sherry bouquet of dark fruits and nutty sweetness. Raisin and fig mingle with toffee, cocoa, and a touch of orange zest, all wrapped in polished oak. Gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—lends warmth, while a refined, aged tannic note hints at leather and tobacco. Complex, inviting, and unmistakably venerable.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate where rich sherry sweetness drapes dark fruit—fig, raisin and cherry—alongside roasted almond, cocoa and orange zest. Spiced oak and a touch of toffee bring warmth, finishing long, smooth, and impeccably poised.
Finish
Enveloping and long, the finish drapes itself in sherry-dark fruits—fig, raisin—and velvety toffee and cocoa. Toasted almond notes emerge with a whisper of spice, then warm oak and a refined, lingering warmth that slowly fades to a silky, enduring echo.
