Palate

Full-bodied and viscous, it coats the palate with vanilla custard, honeyed toffee and coconut, anchored by robust toasted oak. Creamy fruit notes appear, apple and pear, while spicy echoes of cinnamon and black pepper build to a long, warming finish of vanilla and oak.
