Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden honey with warm amber depth and a natural straw-gold glow.
Nose
Custard powder and meringue nest with fresh barley and candyfloss, followed by green grapes, marzipan and vanilla cookies, and a delicate whisper of lime and white chocolate.
Palate
Pineapple chunk sweets, pear drops and sugared almonds open to green grapes and shortbread biscuits, then white chocolate and lime mousse surface, finishing with a peppery, vanillin oak spice.
Finish
Soft meringue and custard with pear drops, chocolate lime sweets, a dusting of aromatic spice and marzipan-topped cupcakes.
