A single cask offering from The Creative Whisky Company under "The Exclusive Malts" range.
A 23 year old Speyside from the Glen Keith distillery that was silent for many years but now back in production.
A big Bourbon like sweet and juicy malt and quite unlike any Glen Keith i have had before (and i mean that in a good way!)
Distilled 6/12/1994 and aged in an Ex-Bourbon Barrel that yielded just 110 bottles.
Bottled at natural cask strength 52.8% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with luminous honey hues and a warm copper glow.
Nose
Treacle tart, fruit and nut chocolate, honeycomb, baked apples with honey and clove, tiramisu dessert, black cherry jam.
Palate
Baked bananas in demerara sugar and golden rum, thick honey, Crunchie bars and fruit-and-nut fudge, toffee apple crumble.
Finish
An opulent finale of spicy honeycomb and cherry chocolate, entwined with butterscotch and vanilla fudge, followed by a lingering echo of juicy raisin and banana toffee on the palate.
