The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 and specialises in bottling Single Cask releases of Scotch Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies. The inaugural release of their flagship brand "Infrequent Flyers" was released in July 2019, with the focus being on lesser known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. All small batch releases that are bottles at cask strength, with natural colour, and un-chill filtered.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Luminous copper-gold with a deep amber core and honey-bronze edges.
Nose
Sweet, cakey aromas greet the senses, accented by hints of toffee, banana and toasted oak.
Palate
Full-bodied and luxurious, this cask-strength Glen Keith unfolds with orchard fruits and honey, offset by cake-batter sweetness, toffee and toasted oak. Spices rise in waves—cinnamon, nutmeg and a rye-tinged pepper—leading to a long, rich finish that remains sweet and spicy, with vanilla and warm fruit lingering.
Finish
An extended, luxurious finish that lingers with honeyed sweetness and baking-spice warmth. Toasted oak frames orchard-fruit notes, with a final sugared glow that slowly fades into a spicy, warming echo inviting the next sip.
