A 1995 Glen Elgin single malt, matured in a single hogshead for 23 years, before being bottled by Elixir Distillers in July 2019, as part of its Single Malts of Scotland series. Aromas of hay bales, fresh laundry, summer flowers, pineapple jelly, melon, Turkish delight and lilies fill the nose. The palate offers notes of zesty lime peel, green cardamom, porridge, wildflower honey, ginger and nutmeg.
