Colour

Dark fruit and aged oak lead the nose, with sherry-drenched sweetness surrounding them. Figs, raisins and orange zest shine beside vanilla, toasted almond and a touch of cocoa. Gentle spice and a whisper of leather complete a luxuriously mature aroma.

Palate

Full, velvety palate of dark fruit—raisins, figs, prunes—dried orange peel and cocoa nibs. Subtle toffee and vanilla mingle with toasted oak, while gentle spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—lingers with a faint smoky edge. Smooth, mousse-like texture, balanced sweetness, and a long, warm finish with lingering sherry nobility.

Finish

Silky and refined, the finish unfurls slowly with softened sherry sweetness, dried fig and raisin, warmed by spice and polished oak, and lingers long with cocoa-dusted warmth.
