Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with shimmering copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Sherry-soaked richness unfolds as dark raisin and fig mingle with orange zest, toffee and vanilla. A polished oak backbone supports almond paste notes, while cocoa nibs and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—linger in warm, elegant sweetness.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, it unfolds with dark fruit sweetness—prunes and dates—richer vanilla and toffee, edged by cocoa and toasted almond. Sherry resin and gentle spice coat the tongue, delivering a creamy, velvety mouthfeel, balanced by refined oak and a long, lingering finish of dried fruit and nutmeg.
Finish
An extended, sherried finish coats the palate with warm toffee and dried fruit, unfolding into cocoa and almond with subtle orange zest. Oak and spice linger, evolving into a refined, velvety fade that slowly drifts away, leaving a lasting warmth and quiet elegance.
