Nose
Aromas of rich sherry envelop dried fruit—fig, prune and raisin—paired with silky toffee, vanilla and toasted almond. Subtle orange zest and cinnamon drift through lacquered oak, with cocoa and a whisper of leather. Elegant and grain-balanced, the bouquet is refined, inviting, and hints at a long, creamy, well-structured palate to come.
Palate
Silky, creamy mouthfeel with honeyed vanilla, toffee and marzipan. Sherry-cask influence delivers rich dried fruit (fig, raisin) and Christmas spice of cinnamon and nutmeg, woven with toasted almond. A subtle sweetness gives way to mellow oak and cocoa, finishing long and warm with a refined, polished bite.
