Created to be a sweeter, lighter Blended Scotch Whisky, this was the first whisky created by Stephanie Macleod. Thanks to both of Dewar's unique double ageing process and golden water source, Dewar’s 15 Year Old is unusually smooth, with flavour notes of honey, toffee and floral.

Colour

Sunny golden with a delicate amber edge.

Nose

Delicate honey, warm toffee and soft florals rise on the nose. A touch of vanilla and a whisper of oak add depth, yielding a creamy, approachable aroma that hints at the whisky’s sweeter, smoother profile.

Palate

Silky and light on the palate, with honeyed sweetness and a toffee underlay. Delicate floral notes waft through, carried by a smooth, creamy mouthfeel. A restrained finish lingers with subtle sweetness and elegant finesse.

Finish

A long, elegant finish with velvety honey and toffee lingering, lifted by delicate floral notes, fading softly into a smooth, warm glow.

Dewar’s is a blended Scotch whisky founded in Perth in 1846 by John Dewar, who began as a wine and spirits merchant before building one of Scotland’s best-known whisky names. The business grew strongly under his sons, John Alexander Dewar and Tommy Dewar, with Tommy’s international travels helping take Dewar’s into export markets during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
