Tasting Notes

Nose

Sherry-cask charm unfurls with dark fruit and sweetness: raisin, fig and date, touch of cocoa and toffee. Nutty notes of almond and walnut mingle with orange zest, vanilla and gentle spice. Warm oak, polished and inviting, threads a velvety, refined aroma that promises depth.

Palate

Silky, medium-bodied and seamless, with creamy vanilla and custard lingering on the palate. Sherry-influenced notes emerge—raisin, fig and apricot—woven with toasted oak, subtle spice and a touch of dark chocolate. A refined, lingering finish carries warmth and elegance.

Finish

Long, refined finish with sherry warmth and dark fruit: raisin, plum, and fig meld with toasted oak. Subtle spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers, followed by cocoa and a hint of orange zest as the sweetness slowly recedes.
