Rich golden amber with a warm copper glow and honeyed, sun-kissed highlights.

Nose

Vanilla and honeyed toffee lead the nose, unfolding into tropical fruit notes of pineapple and ripe banana. Coconut whispers through soft oak, while a gentle kiss of ex‑Caribbean rum brings brown sugar, molasses and a touch of spice—clove and nutmeg. The aroma is warm, inviting, with sun‑soaked sweetness and subtle barrel‑age complexity that hints at Caribbean shores.

Palate

Silky on the palate, creamy vanilla, toffee and caramel weave with tropical coconut and pineapple from the rum-cask finish. Subtle dried fruit and almond mingle with warm spice—nutmeg and clove—before a velvety oak-driven finish. Balanced sweetness and a gentle, sun-warmed glow linger, delivering Caribbean character with refined smoothness.

Finish

Caribbean rum cask finish lingers with honeyed sweetness, vanilla and tropical fruit, lightly spiced by warming oak. A sun-bright warmth persists, fading into a smooth, enduring finish that evokes sunlit coastlines.
