The expression is matured over 12 years in carefully selected Bourbon and Sherry Casks. Then the Whisky goes through a marrying process. Allowing it to be filtered at a higher temperature to retain smooth flavours.

Opulent notes of Seville orange marmalade rise with ripe pear drops, tempered by salted butter and a hint of cut hay, evoking sun-warmed orchards and a whisper of maritime salt.

Palate

Pineapple and mango mingle with dried fruit, while ginger and clove lift the mid-palate. The finish is smooth and lightly spiced, with a soft lingering sweetness.

Cutty Sark is a blended Scotch whisky created in London in 1923 by Berry Bros. & Rudd. It was developed as a lighter, fresher style of Scotch at a time when richer blends were more common, with the name taken from the famous Cutty Sark clipper ship. The distinctive yellow label and tall ship design have helped make it one of the most recognisable blended Scotch whisky brands.
