Elegant Dalwhinnie nose of lemon curd, banana toffee, and baked apple, gliding into runny honey and aromatic vanillin oak. The 25-year-old malt remains soft and fresh, with subtle creamy notes and a whisper of toasted oak from refill American hogsheads.
Palate
Soft, fresh malt with bright lemon curd and banana toffee leads into baked apple and runny honey. Aromatic vanillin oak threads through, adding creamy warmth. Elegant, balanced and long on the finish, with subtle oak lingering.

Long, elegant finish of lemon curd, runny honey and baked apple, brightened by banana toffee and aromatic vanilla oak. The soft, refined Dalwhinnie malt lingers with citrus lift and honeyed sweetness, slowly fading into a delicate vanilla oak spice.
