Colour
Deep amber-gold with coppery shimmer and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Opulent nose of orange zest and dried fig, woven with luscious toffee and dark chocolate. Almond marzipan, vanilla cream and warm spice - nutmeg and clove - rise over a sherried sweetness, while red-fruit notes and polished oak add depth and elegance to this multi-cask bouquet.
Palate
A luxuriously velvety palate of orange marmalade, vanilla and toffee, with a creamy core and hints of almond sweetness. Sherry-influenced depth joins dark chocolate, dried figs and warm spice, carried by caramel, oak and a lingering citrus finish.
Finish
Silky, enduring finish that coats the mouth with lashings of toffee and dark chocolate. Orange zest and dried fruit emerge, guided by a gentle spice. The six-cask influence lingers as a warm, sherry-kissed glow that slowly fades to a caramel-tinged whisper.
