Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a radiant copper-gold glow and subtle mahogany edges.
Nose
Luxurious vanilla and caramel rise from the glass, honeyed oak underpinning bright citrus zest and toasted almond. Dried apricot and toffee add depth, with a delicate cocoa sheen and a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—creating a refined, warming aroma that promises maturity and elegance.
Palate
Opulent and richly textured, the palate opens with satin vanilla and dulce caramel from the bourbon cask, lacing citrus zest and toasted almond. Honeyed warmth, cinnamon and clove spice weave through a full-bodied frame, while oak sweetness and barley malt carry into a long, refined finish with cocoa notes.
Finish
Velvety, long finish of vanilla and caramel, with citrus zest threaded through refined oak. Warm spices—cinnamon and white pepper—linger gracefully, fading to a polished echo of oak and subtle fruit, leaving a lingering, luxurious glow.
