Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep antique amber with radiant copper-gold core and mahogany-tinged edges—a sun-warmed, regal bronze.
Nose
Sherry-rich and opulent, the nose offers orange zest, dried fig and raisin, caramel toffee and dark chocolate. Layered vanilla, polished oak and subtle spice unfold, with whispers of leather and tobacco as the bouquet evolves into a refined, long-lived perfume.
Palate
Silky and opulent, this 30-year Dalmore sherries the palate with orange marmalade, fig and cacao. Toffee, almond and refined oak mingle with spice, delivering a luxurious sweetness that remains elegant. A long, warm finish unveils leather, nutmeg and dried orchard fruits.
Finish
An opulent, lingering finish of dark chocolate and orange zest, wrapped in sherry-softened oak. Praline sweetness and toasted spice—cinnamon, clove, a whisper of espresso—build a velvety warmth that endures. Dried fruit and oak drift through the final echo, refined and decisively elegant.
