This Highland single malt is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a rich secondary maturation in Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks—hand-selected from González Byass in Jerez.

Tasting Notes
Nose
Decadent aromas of dark chocolate, orange peel, and roasted coffee beans open the experience, layered with warm cinnamon, fig, and soft sherry oak.
Palate
Full-bodied and elegant, it reveals velvety textures of stewed fruits, molasses, and marzipan. Notes of black cherry, spiced plums, and nutmeg emerge, underpinned by hints of leather and fine cigar tobacco.
Finish
Long, rich, and satisfying—with lingering spice, dark toffee, and a trace of balsamic oak.
