For over 150 years, The Dalmore has set the standard in multi cask maturation. Carefully composed spirit and hand selected casks, from the worlds finest bodegas and wineries, are expertly curated to create a sumptuous and layered whisky of legendary finesse.
An exceptional whisky matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and first-fill sherry casks which have previously held 30 year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry. These Sherry Casks are hand selected exclusively for The Dalmore from the world-renowned Gonzalez Byass bodega to create an extraordinary whisky full of character.

Colour
Deep amber-gold, shimmering with a warm copper glow and a hint of mahogany.
Nose
Dark bitter chocolate anchors the nose, while overripe Seville oranges, Colombian coffee and toffee apple weave a rich, inviting bouquet.
Palate
Dark forest fruits unfold with roasted walnuts and thick marzipan on the palate, a luxuriously creamy texture with gentle sweetness and subtle spice.
Finish
An elegant, prolonged finish where earthy ginseng mingles with plush pear tarte tatin and vibrant Sanguinello blood oranges. The sweetness lingers with a gentle spice, leaving a silky, orchard-brushed reprise that softens into a warm citrus whisper.
