Dalmore 25 Year old Highland Single Malt is a luxurious Whisky aged in American white oak, followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino Sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. Taking the maturation further, they are then married together in bourbon barrels and finally in Tawny Port pipes.
On the nose there are aromas of figs and spongecake, this is followed by vanilla and marzipan alongside tropical fruits and slight balsamic notes. The fruity notes continue on the palate, only this time with rich flavours damsons, dates and raisins. this is complimented by Citrus peel with chocolate and liquorice. The finish is sweet and spicy; brown sugar, dark chocolate, fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle.

Deep amber with a warm tawny-golden glow and coppery sheen, edged with mahogany at the rim—a luxurious hue hinting at sherry and tawny port maturation.
Nose
Notes of ripe figs and spongecake lead, unfolding into vanilla and marzipan, with tropical fruits and a delicate balsamic hint enriching the profile.
Palate
Damson, date and raisin fruit on the palate, with citrus peel, chocolate and liquorice. Rich, velvety sweetness lingers, opening to a long, spiced finish of brown sugar, dark chocolate, gingerbread and treacle.
Finish
A lush, sweet-spicy finish weaving brown sugar with dark chocolate, complemented by fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle.
