Dalmore 25 Year old Highland Single Malt is a luxurious whisky aged in American white oak followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. Taking the maturation further they are then married together in bourbon barrels and finally in Tawny Port pipes.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with mahogany depth and coppery highlights, a tawny, port-tinged glow.
Nose
Ripe figs and sponge cake rise on the aroma, rounded with vanilla and marzipan. Tropical fruit notes sparkle beside a subtle balsamic undercurrent, hinting at the richness to come and the whisky’s sumptuously layered oak influence.
Palate
Citrus peel opens the palate, mingling with dark chocolate and liquorice, while ripe damsons, dates and raisins add depth and a layered, balanced sweetness.
Finish
Sweet and spicy, the finish lingers with brown sugar and dark chocolate, weaving in hints of fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle for a warming, long-last echo.
