Dalmore 25 Year old Highland Single Malt is a luxurious whisky aged in American white oak followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino sherry butts and first fill bourbon casks. Taking the maturation further they are then married together in bourbon barrels and finally in Tawny Port pipes.

Nose

Figs, sponge cake, vanilla and marzipan alongside tropical fruits and balsamic notes.

Palate

Citrus peel with chocolate, liquorice, damsons, dates and raisins.

Finish

Sweet and spicy finish - brown sugar, dark chocolate, fresh gingerbread cookies and treacle.
