Rich sherried aromas bloom with dried cherry and fig, dates and raisin, wrapped in dark chocolate and toasted almond. Elegant stewed plums mingle with caramelized oak, a whisper of orange zest, spice, and old leather, all carried on a velvety malt backdrop.
Palate
Silky and rich, the palate opens with dried fig and orange peel, drifting into honeyed vanilla and toffee. Nutmeg and cinnamon add gentle spice, while polished oak and almond weave through the mid-palate. A long, velvety finish carries dried fruits and a warm, lingering sweetness at this stately 50% ABV.
Finish
Long, refined finish with a warm, honeyed sweetness that slowly fades into toasted oak and whispering spice. Dried fig and dark chocolate notes linger, edged by a subtle sherry nuance and a gentle, velvety warmth that persists, inviting the next sip.
