Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a warm mahogany core and a bright copper edge, radiating a sherried honey glow.
Nose
Dark sherry sweetness mingles with polished oak on the nose, releasing dried fig and raisin layered with treacle and orange zest. Cinnamon and clove spice threads through vanilla, with wisps of tobacco and cocoa, hinting at quiet Speyside refinement.
Palate
Silky, mellow and richly sherried, the palate reveals ripe dried fruits, fig and raisin, with orange zest, toffee and almond. Cocoa notes deepen as spice and soft oak weave through a creamy texture, ending in a long, warming finish with subtle leather and a hint of nutmeg.
Finish
Sherry-kissed finish that lingers gracefully. Rich dried fruit—plum, fig, raisin—melds with toasted oak, dark chocolate, and a kiss of spice. A warm, refined echo caresses the palate long after the last sip.
