Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with burnished copper highlights.
Nose
Waxen and coastal, with sea spray and beeswax notes, fused to sun-warmed citrus and ripe orchard fruit. Hints of almond, honeyed toffee, and spice mingle with a delicate sherry sweetness, while polished oak lends a refined, mineral undercurrent.
Palate
Silky, waxy mouthfeel with a briny edge and citrus zest. Flavors of waxy pear, green apple and orchard fruit mingle with sherry sweetness—raisins and fig—beneath a whisper of nutmeg and cocoa. Rich, warming spice coats the palate, finishing long with coastal salt and polished oak.
Finish
An enduring coastal finish with waxy elegance: dark dried fruit, cocoa, and a velvet sherry sweetness. Orange zest threads through toasted oak as gentle spice lingers, leaving a refined, warming fade.
