A Clynelish from the second batch of indie bottler Elixir Distillers' Reserve Cask series. Distilled in 2010 and 2011 and matured in five barrels for eight years, this Clynelish has aromas of chocolate-coated honeycomb, concentrated apple and candied sweets on the nose. The palate offers notes of honey, custard, cream, pastries and delicate fresh herbs.

Delightfully herbal Linden honey mingles with custard-filled puff pastry, delivering a rich, unctuous mouthfeel. Honey, custard and cream echo through pastries, subtly lifted by delicate fresh herbs, leaving a creamy, lingering finish.
Finish
The aromatic spiciness of cardamom and fenugreek is layered with a lovely mouth-coating quality.
