Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep burnished amber with ruby-copper highlights and mahogany undertones; a luminous chestnut-bronze glow that glints in the glass.
Nose
Raisins and prunes mingle with vanilla sweetness, a warm, inviting dried-fruit aroma.
Palate
Raisins reappear on the palate, layered with cinnamon and nutmeg, buoyed by warm oak tannins. Plush fruit is lightly resinous, delivering a balanced spine of spice with a long, elegant finish.
Finish
Smooth and oily, the finish lingers with ripe fresh strawberries, creamy porridge and oak, weaving a gentle sweetness with a subtle kiss of spice.
