Colour
Rich golden amber with a sunlit honey glow and a coppery edge, hinting at sherry warmth beneath.
Nose
Bright orchard fruits, pear and apple, rise with fresh malt, kissed by a honeyed sweetness. Subtle sherry-tinged raisin and fig add depth, while vanilla and a touch of oak keep it elegant. A youthful Highland-Speyside bouquet - fruity, lifted, and impeccably balanced.
Palate
Velvety and warming, this blend coats the palate with a peppery lift. Honeyed sweetness balances citrus zest and ripe apple, apricot, then dried fig and almond. Sherry-influenced dark fruit, cocoa nib, and a whisper of tobacco weave through toasted oak. The finish is long, slightly drying, with lingering spice and a warm, confident glow that invites another sip.
Finish
Silky, medium-long finish of caramel and orchard fruit, evolving into toasted oak and soft spice, with a delicate sherried sweetness that lingers, carrying hints of dried fruit and cocoa.
