Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep golden amber with a sunlit coppery glow.
Nose
A rich nose of walnut whip, cream and vanilla, with hints of cocoa and cheap chocolate. Charred orange, grape skins and toasted oak mingle with ginger biscuits. Dried cranberries and raspberry puree add sweetness, while powerful peat stays balanced with fruit, oak and spice.
Palate
Oak char and walnuts frame the palate, with pecans and salted treacle sponge pudding weaving through. Dried cranberry, orange peel and cherry bitters lift the flavors, while intense, rich red fruits stay poised and never overwhelm.
Finish
Spice intensifies as charred oak deepens, leaving a long, ginger-pudding sweetness that lingers warmly.
