Colour

Bold cask-strength Caol Ila threads peat smoke with iodine and sea-salt, opening into rich sherry-tinged fruit, dark chocolate and vanilla. Peppery spice and oak frame the palate as a coastal sweetness lingers, citrus zest giving way to resinous smoke on a long, warming finish.

Finish

Long, coastal finish: peaty smoke and sea salt mingle with mineral brine, while a sherry-driven sweetness slips in. Dark cocoa and espresso appear as the heat fades, leaving a warm spice, a touch of leather, and a drying, maritime smoke that lingers on the palate.
