Silky vanilla and toffee lead, layered with cream, almond and a hint of coconut. Bright citrus zest and green apple lift the aroma, while polished oak and a whisper of spice deepen the grainy Lowland profile.
Palate
Silky, creamy mouthfeel with honeyed vanilla from the bourbon cask. Creamy caramel and coconut mingle with orchard fruit and a kiss of orange zest. A gentle grain sweetness lingers, warmed by soft spice—white pepper and nutmeg—under an oak-polished, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, satin finish with vanilla and honey gliding across the palate, followed by toffee and toasted oak. Subtle citrus zest threads through the sweetness, while a quiet, peppery spice lingers, slowly fading into a refined, nutty note that leaves a warm, comforting afterglow.
