Bursting with character, it slumbered peacefully for two decades before spending the last two years of its life in casks which once held the finest French Calvados. This Gallic influence has imbued every golden drop with sublime sweetness; flavours of apples and pears tumbling gently with toffee and oily fruitiness and leading to a strong and spicy finish.

Colour
Radiant golden with warm amber highlights and honeyed depth.
Nose
Barley sugar, pear drops and toffee apples lead the aroma, followed by dates and a delicate floral note reminiscent of conifer trees.
Palate
Sweet and fruity on the palate, with bright green apple and pear candies at the forefront. A cereal backbone and the distinctive Bunnahabhain oiliness rise, while toffee threads through and dries into dried fruit complexity. A gentle warming spice lifts the mid-palate, leaving a long, spicy yet floral impression on the finish.
