Powerful peat dominates the palate, delivering smoky, medicinal notes with sea-salt brine and a mineral edge. Beneath, dried fruit, fig, and cocoa from sherry-cask maturation provide a plush sweetness that counters the heat. The finish lingers with ash, pepper, and persistent coastal smoke.
