Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit gold with honeyed amber and a warm copper glow.
Nose
Sun-warmed orchard fruit—ripe apple and pear—drift over vanilla and almond paste, backed by toasted oak. Subtle spice and dried-fruit notes of raisin and fig from the sherry cask emerge, while a whisper of sea air and citrus zest keeps it buoyant. Elegant, refined, with a mature sweetness hinting at coastal complexity.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied with sherry-kissed richness of dried fig, prune and raisin, braided with vanilla, almond and cocoa. A thread of citrus zest lifts the mid-palate, balanced by polished oak and soft spice. Creamy, mouth-coating texture leads to a long finish of toffee, hazelnut and coastal salt.
Finish
Silky and long, the finish blooms with warm oak and vanilla, drifting into hints of dark chocolate and toasted almond. A touch of sherry fruit softens the palate, then a coastal mineral breeze and sea-salt warmth linger, leaving a refined, warming glow that fades slowly.
