Tasting Notes
Nose
Fresh barley and coastal air rise on the nose, a salt-kissed breeze with a whisper of vanilla from gentle oak. Bright lemon zest and white fruit brighten the aroma, while light sea-spray and almond notes reflect the Islay coastline and Bruichladdich’s maritime, unpeated character.
Palate
Bright, unpeated freshness of fresh malt with citrus zest and green apple, carried by a saline coastal breeze. Creamy barley sweetness threads through vanilla and a kiss of light oak, yielding a silky, balanced palate. Subtle minerals and a touch of white pepper linger, leaving a clean, breezy finish that recalls the Old Course's coastal charm.
