Silky and lightly opulent, it opens with vanilla and honey from the Bourbon casks, layered with fruit and spice from the Carmel Winery casks. Creamy toffee, almond, and orange zest mingle with a subtle maritime salinity. The palate remains refined and balanced, finishing long with evolving fruit, oak, and a faint kiss of spice.
