Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with bronzed copper tones and a hint of mahogany along the edges.
Nose
Sea-salt air and citrus zest open to a lush sherry-tinged profile: dried fig and raisin, red berry, almond, and a whisper of cacao. Vanilla and toasted oak mingle with a trace of coastal smoke, delivering a maritime, warming aroma full of sweetness and spice.
Palate
Silky, sherry-kissed palate with dried fig, prune and candied orange peel unfolding over a creamy vanilla base. Toasted almond, cocoa and a whisper of spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—frame a refined oak backbone. Subtle coastal salinity and light mineral notes weave through for lift. Long, warm finish with red-fruited sweetness, dark chocolate and a persistent echo of oak.
Finish
Long, refined finish of toasted almond and dried fig, carried by sherry sweetness and cocoa dust. A maritime thread underpins the oak, with subtle spice blooming and fading to a warm, lingering glow on the palate.
