Colour

Nose

Polished Bordeaux depth greets the nose: ripe blackberry and cassis mingle with plum and fig, enhanced by cedar and cigar-box spice from the Lafite cask finish. Vanilla and red-berry jam drift over cocoa and toasted oak, with a delicate sea-salt lift and a whisper of citrus.

Palate

Silky smoke mingles with refined Islay peat and wine-influenced oak from Lafite casks. Dark fruit—fig and plum—laces vanilla, cocoa and espresso. Tannins lend structure and a polished grip, with graphite notes. Mid-palate reveals cherry and almond, leading to a long finish of coastal brine, tobacco, and a whisper of wine sweetness.

Finish

Silky Bordeaux-inflected finish with cassis and dark plum, mingled with cocoa, cedar and a whisper of tobacco. Velvet tannins linger, while a touch of smoke and coastal salt threads through, leaving a refined, long-lasting warmth.
