Colour

Sun-kissed gold with a delicate copper-amber rim.

Nose

Sea-salted air and coastal brine mingle with a delicate peat, bright citrus zest, and vanilla. Sherry whispers through dark fig and raisin, with cocoa and a kiss of oak. Maritime brightness lingers, evoking Bowmore’s coastal sophistication and sun-warmed barley.

Palate

Bright maritime peat and saline bite coat the palate, with citrus zest and vanilla cream sharpening sweet and citrus notes. A whisper of toffee and dried fruit from sherry-cask influence underpins a gentle smoke, while coastal salt and a light spice linger into a clean, expansive finish with sea-breeze clarity.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of sea salt and iodine with gentle peat smoke, bright lemon zest and vanilla fading into toasted oak for a clean, lingering glow.
